For hosting clients – our rate is currently $95/hr billed in 30min increments.
For non-hosting clients – our rate is currently $125/hr billed in 30min increments.
Alternatively, our rate for monthly care plans is $80/hr billed monthly in 2hr, 5hr, and 10hr increments.
Sites we don’t actively maintain carry risk we can’t see up front. Outdated plugins, vulnerabilities, and undocumented changes from other developers all add time, even to requests that sound simple. That backend risk gets priced in.
Sites on our monthly hosting plans are a different story. We know the codebase, we control the update cadence, and we’ve already handled the maintenance work that usually surfaces mid-project.

While full projects are quoted at a fixed rate, our hourly rate covers smaller work: quick updates, one-off development, and graphic design for current and past clients. We scope the details up front and give you an estimate of hours before anything starts, no surprises on the invoice.
If you’re curious, most professional freelancers and design teams charge $75 to $250/hr. We keep it on the lower end, so hourly support stays accessible to clients who need it without a full project scope.
