How do I submit requests?

Once you sign up, you’ll get access to a dedicated dashboard inside our ClickUp account. You can submit requests, track progress, and see your hours used in real time.

No contracts. Plans are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime.

No. Hours reset at the start of each billing cycle.

Additional hours are available at $110/hour. If you consistently go over (or under), we may recommend adjusting your plan to better fit your actual usage.

When you submit a request, you can set a requested due date. We’ll do our best to accommodate but ask for at least 24 hours to turnaround on your request. For urgent or mission critical fixes, skip the queue and call or text us directly.
