These terms outline how Bellow Creative LLC (“Bellow”,“we,” “our,” “us”) works with clients and visitors. By using our website or hiring us, you agree to these terms. If anything is unclear, reach out at hello@bellowcreative.com.

Services We Provide

We offer:
• Web design + development
• Website redesign
• Website migrations
• Managed hosting
• Monthly Care Plans
• Support, updates, and maintenance (per plan)

Each project or plan will include its own written details and pricing.

Payments

Project Work

Unless stated otherwise, projects follow:
• 50% upfront
• 50% at completion (before launch)

Work begins once payment is received.

Monthly Services

Hosting and Care Plans are billed automatically each month on the schedule designated in your invoice.

Late or failed payments may pause service until resolved.

Refunds

Due to the time and planning involved, payments are non-refundable, including:
• Deposits
• Monthly fees
• Completed work

If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to fix it.

Client Responsibilities

To help us deliver great work, clients agree to:
• Provide accurate information and content
• Respond to requests in a timely manner
• Review and approve deliverables promptly
• Maintain licenses for any third-party software/plugins they own

Hosting Terms

If you host with Bellow Creative:
• We handle server management, updates, backups, and security monitoring.
• You agree not to install unapproved plugins or tools that could affect performance or security.
• We reserve the right to remove harmful plugins or code.
• We may recommend plan upgrades if your traffic or usage exceeds your current tier.

For eCommerce and high-traffic sites, performance is influenced by factors outside our control (plugins, data volume, traffic spikes, etc.).

Care Plans

Care Plans include monthly updates based on the selected tier.

Plan boundaries
• “Updates” refer to small edits, content changes, product updates, and template-based additions.
• Care Plans do not include new full pages, new branding, advanced design work, custom development, or full redesign scope.
• Tasks may roll to the next month at our discretion.
• For workloads beyond your plan, we’ll give you options before proceeding.

Website Content & Ownership

You own:
• Your content (text, images, products)
• Your branding
• Final approved designs and builds once paid in full

We own:
• Internal processes
• Templates used to build your site
(unless custom-built under a specific agreement)

Third-Party Tools

We aren’t responsible for outages or issues caused by:
• WP Engine
• Stripe
• FreshBooks
• Third-party plugins
• Third-party APIs
• External services you choose to connect

We’ll help troubleshoot, but some fixes may fall outside your plan.

Limitation of Liability

We’re not liable for:
• Lost revenue
• Security breaches caused by third parties
• Data loss outside of our hosted environment
• Issues caused by client-installed tools or edits

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

Termination

Either party can end monthly agreements at any time with written notice.

Hosting and Care Plan fees are billed through the end of the current billing period.
